Anti-Corruption Investigation Launched at Croatian Football Federation

Croatian anti-corruption investigators have requested documentation from the national football federation regarding sponsorship deals.

Croatia's Office for the Suppression of Corruption and Organized Crime (USKOK) has initiated inquiries into the national football federation, requesting documentation related to sponsorship contracts, according to reports by Index.hr and Jutarnji list.

According to the reports, the investigation focuses in part on a sponsorship agreement with sportswear manufacturer Adidas. Following the investigators' request, the federation convened a meeting and stated that it is cooperating and acting strictly within the law.
