Former Prime Minister and "Together" party leader Naftali Bennett sharply criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, warning that the IDF faces collapse without the conscription of Ultra-Orthodox men, as reported by ynet and The Jerusalem Post.

According to Bennett, the military lacks tens of thousands of soldiers, and troops are being killed due to shortages of lookouts and snipers in the field. He claimed that Netanyahu is ignoring the crisis and "dismantling the military," adding that facilitating mass draft evasion represents the most severe security threat.

Bennett stressed that the military urgently requires reinforcements, asserting that voting for Netanyahu amounts to a vote against Israeli troops. A response from Netanyahu's office to the remarks has not yet been released.
