Three co-founders of cloud computing firm CoreWeave have sold $3.3 billion in shares since its market debut, amid a 60% plunge from peak levels.
Three co-founders of American cloud computing provider CoreWeave Inc. have sold a total of $3.3 billion in company stock since its initial public offering in March 2025, Bloomberg and network CNA reported.
Regulatory filings reported by CNA show that the company's chief executive officer alone sold nearly $1 billion worth of shares since the market debut. Of the total sales by the three founders, approximately $2.4 billion was offloaded in 2026 alone.
The substantial stock sales occurred alongside a sharp decline in the company's valuation, with CoreWeave shares falling more than 60% from their peak reached in June 2025. Further details regarding executive share-trading plans have not yet been released.
