Estonia Accuses Russia of Arson at Defense Firm Supplying Ukraine

Estonian authorities have concluded that Russian security services orchestrated an arson attack on a facility belonging to defence company Milrem Robotics in Tallinn in mid-August, Dutch outlet NOS and the South China Morning Post reported. Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna called the act completely unacceptable and summoned Russia's chargé d'affaires in Tallinn.

The company manufactures unmanned military vehicles supplied to Ukrainian forces. According to the reports, three Latvian citizens suspected of carrying out the arson were arrested and extradited to Estonia. While the investigation remains ongoing, Estonian authorities stated they are convinced Moscow was behind the sabotage, noting that the evidence remains classified for security reasons.
