Footage Shows Flávio Bolsonaro and Family Landing in Miami on Private Jet
Images from Florida show the Brazilian senator and his family landing in Miami aboard a private plane, following his departure from Brazil via Argentina.
Brazilian Senator Flávio Bolsonaro has landed in Miami, Florida, aboard a private aircraft accompanied by his family, BBC Mundo and the AP news agency reported. His arrival was documented in published images, following his departure from Brazil across the border with Argentina in the wake of his presidential election defeat to Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
Bolsonaro, who is under investigation in Brazil for suspected corruption and money laundering—allegations he denies—claimed prior to his departure that his passport had been demanded. Further details regarding the terms of his stay in the United States have not yet been released.
