Hungary: Questions Raised Over Billionaire Lőrinc Mészáros's Prenuptial Agreement

The legal validity of the prenuptial agreement between Hungarian billionaire Lőrinc Mészáros and his wife, Andrea Várkonyi, could be called into question, network ATV and news site 24.hu reported. The reports follow an interview given by Várkonyi, in which she revealed that to this day she does not know what is written in the marriage contract signed between them.

According to a lawyer who spoke with ATV, if the agreement was indeed signed under such circumstances, it could affect the division of assets and wealth acquired during the marriage.
