ICC Complaint Filed Against Israeli Doctors Over Sde Teiman Allegations

The Hind Rajab Foundation has petitioned the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague to open an investigation into Israeli medical personnel and senior healthcare officials, The Jerusalem Post and Walla reported. The complaint focuses on allegations of complicity in torture, mistreatment, and the deaths of Palestinian detainees at the Sde Teiman detention facility since October 7, 2023.

According to the reports, the request urges the ICC to investigate doctors, hospital directors, officials within the defense and health ministries, and leadership of the Israeli Medical Association. An official response from Israeli authorities or the court in The Hague has not yet been released.
