Lavrov Meets Iranian Counterpart Araghchi in Tehran for Strategic Talks

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held talks in Tehran with his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araghchi, Russian news agency Interfax and Iranian state news agency IRNA reported.

According to the reports, the discussions focused on strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two nations, as well as addressing regional and international developments. The Russian Foreign Ministry noted close cooperation across governmental, parliamentary, and business sectors, following recent meetings between the Russian and Iranian presidents over the past two months.
