Report: Belgian Intelligence Accuses Iran of Directing Attacks on Jewish Targets

Belgian intelligence officials have linked Tehran to antisemitic attacks in Liège and Antwerp earlier this year, as the country's threat level remains "very serious."

Belgian intelligence has attributed responsibility to Iran for antisemitic terror attacks carried out earlier this year against Jewish targets in the cities of Liège and Antwerp, according to reports by Channel 14 and The Jerusalem Post.

According to the reports, intelligence officials in the country determined that the actions targeting the Jewish community were executed under directives from Tehran. Against the backdrop of these findings, Belgium's federal Coordination Unit for Threat Analysis (CUTA) currently assesses the security threat level in the country as "very serious."
