Right-wing parties to recommend Netanyahu to form government

Right-wing parties continue to announce their support for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ahead of the round of consultations with President Isaac Herzog. According to reports in Maariv, Kan 11, and Arutz 7, the Otzma Yehudit, Religious Zionism, and Shas parties have confirmed they will recommend him as the candidate to form the next government.

Concurrent with its announcement, the Religious Zionism party called on left-wing parties to lift boycotts and join the formation of a broad Jewish government under Netanyahu's leadership. Representatives of Shas criticized the stance of left-wing parties on the matter. Further details have not yet been released.
