Second False Bomb Threat in a Day Grounds Delta Flight to Israel

A Delta Air Lines flight from New York to Tel Aviv was held on the runway following a bomb threat, Arutz 7 and The Jerusalem Post reported. Following strict security inspections conducted by United States authorities and clearance granted by Israeli security officials, the alert was lifted and the aircraft was permitted to depart for Israel.

According to reports by JDN and Arutz 7, the incident was another hoax by a nuisance caller, occurring hours after a similar alert on another flight operated by the airline on the same route. Further details regarding the caller's identity have not yet been released.
