Suspected Murder in Ashkelon: 17-Year-Old Stabbed to Death

A 17-year-old youth was stabbed to death during a violent altercation on Herzl Street in Ashkelon, Srugim and Channel 14 reported. According to the reports, two people were injured in the incident.

While Channel 14 initially reported that the teenager was seriously wounded, Srugim reported that he was subsequently pronounced dead at the city's Barzilai Medical Center after being evacuated for treatment.

Following the incident, the Israel Police launched a murder investigation. The identities of those involved and the circumstances surrounding the stabbing have not yet been released.
