Thousands Report Outages on Spotify and AI Service Claude

Thousands of users worldwide reported service disruptions on Spotify, while issues were also reported on artificial intelligence platform Claude.

Thousands of users around the world reported disruptions to the music streaming platform Spotify, according to reports by The Jerusalem Post and Croatian news outlet Index.hr.

According to data from tracking site Downdetector cited by The Jerusalem Post, more than 17,000 users in the United States reported issues with Spotify. Simultaneously, more than 11,000 users reported problems with the artificial intelligence platform Claude. Index.hr noted that the streaming service was temporarily unavailable to thousands of users.

The cause of the disruptions across both services has not yet been disclosed, and further details have not yet been released.
