Trump Escalates Attack on Nobel Laureate Pillay, Claims He Deserves Eight Prizes

The US president stated that Pillay is known only for animosity toward Israel and argued he should have received the Nobel Peace Prize for ending eight wars.

In a post on Truth Social, US President Donald Trump escalated his criticism over the Nobel Peace Prize awarded to jurist Navi Pillay, asserting that nobody knows anything about her aside from her hostility toward Israel. According to reports by ynet and Walla, Trump claimed he deserved eight Nobel prizes rather than one.

The president based his claim on having resolved conflicts in eight wars, prevented Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, and secured the return of all living and deceased hostages from Israel. An official response from the Norwegian Nobel Committee to Trump's remarks has not yet been released.
