US President Donald Trump has reshared a message endorsing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu roughly a day before polls open in the Knesset elections, news outlets ynet and Srugim reported. According to ynet, the repost came following pressure from Netanyahu's aides, with Trump noting in the post that "even the enemy knows we have an excellent relationship."

In response, Member of Knesset Gadi Eisenkot stated that he is convinced Trump will work in full cooperation with whichever leader is elected by the Israeli public.
