At a campaign rally in Kansas, the US president pointed to unrest in France as a warning ahead of the midterm elections.

US President Donald Trump warned during a campaign rally in Kansas that the country will "burn" like France if the Democratic Party wins the midterm elections, The Jerusalem Post and Croatian news outlet Index.hr reported.

According to the reports, Trump incorporated references to the widespread protests in France into his stump speech, framing them as a scenario that could unfold in the United States unless Republicans secure a victory. The remarks were made as Trump campaigns to defend an endangered Republican Senate seat.

Further details regarding the continuation of the campaign tour have not yet been released.
