UK: Iranian-British Dual National Bailed in RAF Fairford Plot Probe

A 25-year-old dual national and five other suspects arrested over alleged terrorism and explosive offenses linked to the air base have been released on bail.

A dual British-Iranian national arrested as part of an investigation into an alleged bomb plot targeting the RAF Fairford air base has been released on bail, the BBC and The Jerusalem Post reported. According to the BBC, the suspect is a 25-year-old man who was arrested on Thursday in the London borough of Westminster.

In addition, according to The Jerusalem Post, five other men arrested on suspicion of terrorism and explosive offenses linked to the incident were also released on bail. The police investigation remains ongoing, and further details have not yet been released.
