Ukrainian Drones Strike Russian Refinery

Unmanned aerial vehicles attacked a major oil refinery in Russia's Yaroslavl region, outlets in Ukraine and abroad reported.

A drone strike hit an oil refinery in the Russian city of Yaroslavl overnight on Tuesday, according to reports from the Odessa Journal and Ziarul de Gardă. The blaze at the facility was reportedly ignited by the strike, which targeted one of the five largest oil refineries in Russia. The installation provides fuel for, among other things, aircraft and military equipment.

There have been no reports of casualties at this stage, and further details regarding the exact extent of the damage or the parties responsible for launching the vehicles have not yet been released.
