US: Democratic Rep. Stevens Endorses Republican Rogers in Michigan Senate Race

Democratic Representative Haley Stevens of Michigan announced her endorsement of Republican candidate Mike Rogers in the US Senate race, opposing Democratic nominee Abdul El-Sayed, i24NEWS and Israel National News reported.

In a video statement, Stevens said El-Sayed made clear she was no longer welcome in his campaign and told her to stay away, prompting her decision to cross party lines and back Rogers. Outlets also noted that Stevens and Rogers appeared together at a church as elections approach.
