Abroad, rain features prominently in Western Europe: London expects rain with a 100% precipitation chance and highs of 12°C falling to 9°C, while Paris also sees rain with a 65% chance (15°C by day, 8°C at night). New York is cloudy with 18°C by day and 9°C at night. Tokyo faces possible rain at 28°C dropping to 18°C, and Dubai remains clear and warm with 34°C by day and 29°C at night.
