Israeli businessman Ynon Kreiz has been appointed co-CEO of the media giant to be formed from the merger of Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), as reported by Globes and Maariv.

Chairman and CEO David Ellison announced the appointment, which will take effect upon completion of the transaction. In his role, Kreiz will oversee day-to-day operations and lead the integration of the business activities across both corporations.
