Israeli Embassies Mark Three Years Since Oct. 7; Bibas Family Honored in Paris
Diplomatic missions around the world held memorial events for the victims of the attack, while the embassy in France commemorated the Bibas family.
Israeli embassies around the world marked three years since the October 7 attack, with the embassy in Paris honoring the Bibas family, news channel i24NEWS and Israeli outlet Walla reported.
According to Walla, alongside the commemoration in Paris, attention was drawn to other memorials honoring Israeli figures abroad, including Herzog Park in Dublin. The park has been named after Israel's sixth president, Chaim Herzog, since 1995. However, Dublin city council members previously considered revoking the honor and renaming the site "Palestine Liberation Park." That proposal was withdrawn following criticism, but the matter has recently resurfaced.
Further details regarding the commemorative events at the diplomatic missions have not yet been released.
