Flydubai Suspends Flights to and from Israel Amid Ongoing Cockpit Investigation

Emirati airline Flydubai has suspended flights between the UAE and Israel while authorities investigate the cockpit attack aboard its flight.

Emirati carrier Flydubai has officially suspended all flights to and from Israel for the duration of the investigation into the security incident aboard its flight, as reported by Kan News and Walla. In a statement, the airline said the suspension is intended to allow relevant authorities to conclude their inquiries, adding that the measure will be reviewed as developments unfold.

According to The Jerusalem Post, the decision follows a recommendation issued earlier on Wednesday by the Shin Bet to halt flights between the UAE and Israel until the investigation makes progress. Further details have not yet been released.
