Herzog to Recommend Bravery Medals for Flydubai Passengers

President Isaac Herzog announced that he will recommend awarding the President's Medal for Civil Bravery to the four Israelis who fought the assailant aboard the Flydubai flight, Arutz Sheva and Kan 11 reported.

The decision follows the dramatic incident inside the cockpit of the aircraft en route from Dubai to Israel. According to reports, the passengers breached the cockpit during the attempt to crash the aircraft and subdued the attacker. Herzog commended their resourcefulness, telling them, "You prevented a grave disaster."
